Fixed Price Contracts.

For our broadband only contracts, the fixed price applies to the broadband monthly price only (excludes other services, such as add-ons).

For our broadband and line rental contracts, the fixed price applies to the broadband and line rental monthly price only (excludes other services such as call plans, call charges and add-ons).

If you choose to move premises during the minimum term of your fixed price contract, and move from a low cost area to a non-low cost area, or a non-low cost area to a low cost area, you will be subject to the new price once your move is completed. You’ll need a Plusnet or other BT based landline to get our broadband.

Our landline phone service line rental costs £10.50 a month on a 24 month contract and £12.50 a month on a 12 month contract. Find out more about our packages.

Broadband.

Broadband speed: We’ll give you the best download speed available (up to 18.0Mb if you live in a high speed area) dependent on your location, premises wiring, length of your line and time of day. Because of these factors your speed may be higher or lower than up to 18.0Mb. We’ll provide you with a speed estimate when you check availability of our products. Find out why speeds vary.

Broadband with a 12 or 24 month contract: If your package includes line rental, no activation fee applies, otherwise there is a £35 activation fee. We’ll also include a wireless router worth £40. If you choose to end your Plusnet Broadband service within the minimum period, you will have to pay a termination charge by way of compensation to us for ending your service early. This charge depends on your monthly price and the length of time remaining in your minimum term. How we calculate these charges is set out in the Charges schedule.

Fibre Broadband.

Fibre broadband speed is described as ‘up to’ because your actual download speeds will vary. We’ll give you the best download speed available on your line up to 76.0Mb and upload speed up to 19Mb. This is dependent on your location, premises wiring, length of your line and time of day. We’ll provide you with a speed estimate when you check availability of our products. Fibre broadband with a 12 or 24 month contract: The Plusnet Fibre service is subject to a minimum period of either 12 or 24 months. If your package includes line rental, no activation fee applies, otherwise there is a £50 activation fee. If you choose to end your Plusnet Fibre service within the minimum period, you will have to pay a termination charge by way of compensation to us for ending your service early. This charge depends on your monthly price and the length of time remaining in your minimum term. How we calculate these charges is set out in the Charges schedule.

Phone installation: If you require a new phone line installation we’ll do this for free if you take out a 24 month contract, or charge you £50 if you take a 12 month contract.

You’ll also get 500 inclusive minutes to UK mobiles, 070 personal numbering services, US mobiles and landlines in our top 20 international locations. Prices, content and terms may change at any time during your contract. Where you have taken our fixed price contract, your broadband price or broadband and line rental price will not change during the minimum term. We’ll tell you about important changes in advance, and if a change is detrimental you’ll be able to end your contract without any fees.

On a 24 month contract, it costs £15.00 a month in a low cost area, and £20.00 a month outside of one of these areas. A £35 activation fee applies. On a 12 month contract, it costs £17.00 a month in a low cost area, and £22.00 a month outside of one of these areas. A £35 activation fee applies.

Unlimited Business Broadband when taken with Plusnet line rental.

On a 24 month contract, if you live in a low cost area it costs £7.50 a month for the first 24 months, £13.00 a month thereafter. If you live outside one of these areas it costs £12.50 a month for the first 24 months, £18.00 a month thereafter. £10.50 a month line rental applies. On a 12 month contract, if you live in a low cost area it costs £9.00 a month for the first 12 months, £15.00 a month thereafter. If you live outside one of these areas it costs £14.00 a month for the first 12 months, £20.00 a month thereafter. £12.50 a month line rental applies.

Unlimited Business Fibre Broadband when taken without Plusnet line rental.

On a 24 month contract, it costs £35.00 a month in a low cost area, and £41.00 a month outside of one of these areas. A £50 activation fee applies. On a 12 month contract, it costs £37.00 a month in a low cost area and £43.00 a month outside of one of these areas. A £50 activation fee applies.

Unlimited Business Fibre Broadband when taken with Plusnet line rental.

On a 24 month contract, if you live in a low cost area it costs £11.50 a month for the first 24 months, £33.00 a month thereafter. If you live outside one of these areas it costs £17.50 a month for the first 24 months, £39.00 a month thereafter. £10.50 a month line rental also applies. On a 12 month contract, if you live in a low cost area it costs £14.50 a month for the first 12 months, £35.00 a month thereafter. If you live outside one of these areas it costs £20.50 a month for the first 12 months, £41.00 a month thereafter. £12.50 a month line rental also applies.

A broadband cease charge, as set out in our Charges schedule, is payable if you choose to end your agreement for your Plusnet Broadband service and the service is ceased or you are switching your service to another provider on a different network.
